Desired outcome It is important to also add Brazilian Portuguese language support on the platform. Current limitation Only European Portuguese is available on the platform.

Translate the Platform and Documentation into additional languages.

To translate the platform UI into Portuguese. (Português)

Desired outcome: It would be great if Spanish was available on the mobile app. Limitation: Currently the Spanish language is available on the web browser.

Problem: * When the AI agent cannot find the answer in the given context, the reply appears as: "I cannot find the answer in the provided context." * Even if the question and knowledge source are in a different language, the fallback message is always in English. This breaks the flow of the conversation, leading to a breakdown in communication for customers because of inconsistency. Desired outcome: * The response should be in the language of the conversation.

Users are able to input their welcome text in the Popup Message field. However, if they have a global audience, their audience will only see the welcome text in one language. Ideally there is a solution to translate the welcome text into the visitor’s language, so that it’s more personalized for each visitor. For example, detect the visitor’s browser language to translate the text to their chosen language.

Desired outcome Add Malay language support on the platform.

Desired outcome Respond AI should generate answers based on the language saved in the contact field or profile settings.

Currently, if WhatsApp templates are translated to different languages, it creates new selections of templates (refer to attached pic). It might be challenging to find the correct language if one template got translated to a lot of languages. Agents might potentially choose the wrong one to be sent. It would be good if we can have a filtered view of templates while viewing and sending templates based on the languages.
