In the "Language" Contact Field (and the list of language options used in Workflows), the values are displayed in English (e.g. "Spanish," "Japanese") rather than in each language's own native name (e.g. "Español," "日本語"). This makes it awkward to present a language-selection question to Contacts in their own language via Workflows, since the multiple-choice options themselves stay in English.

Display language names in their native form so a Workflow's Multiple-Choice Question can show Contacts options like "English / Español / 日本語" instead of "English / Spanish / Japanese," making the question intuitive for non-English speakers to answer and ensuring the correct value is captured in the Contact Field.

A business wants to ask new Contacts to select their preferred language via a Workflow, then save that language to a Contact Field. If the options are shown in native script/spelling, Contacts are more likely to correctly recognize and select their own language.
