Great news 🎉
With our new release of Workflows, set up automatic assignment exactly as you need it!
Using "Assign To" Step in Workflows, you can:
- Assign to a specific user
- Assign to a user in a specific team
- Assign to a user in the space
- Unassign
Even better! You can even design the assignment logic:
- Assign to users round-robin
- Assign to the user with the least open contacts
Using the Advance Setting (Only assign to online Users OR Only assign to users with fewer than XX) you can create an assignment queue that will hold your contacts until one User meets the conditions.

Zoyeb B: to be honest it's not on our top priorities yet, there are several other things we need to get right first, like advance analytics and improved automations with visual workflow builder. But we will work on it as soon as we get to this :)

Hope that we have add a restriction rule/ checkbox list of users to the automatic assignment. So that the automation will not assign a contact to some online user only.
