Reports: Include "First Response By" in Conversation List

Sometimes the conversations got transferred from one team to another. From the conversation report, we can only know the last assignee of the conversation. There is no way to know if there is a reassignment or if it is a different user than the last assignee who gave the first response.
It would be good if we can add a column for "First Response By" to know the user who first responded to the contact.

To enhance your understanding of conversations and agent performance, we've included the First Response By column in the conversation list. In addition, you can also filter the lists and graphs by the option of “First Response By” to track conversations that were initially responded to by specific user(s).
