Reports: Add "Average Response Time" to Reports

Great news! The Reports module has been revamped, and we've added several new graphs to it which include Average Response Time. To locate the Average Response Time graph, head over to Reports > Responses. Additionally, if you're curious about the average response time of each agent, you can easily find out by checking the new column for Average Response Time in the Users table too!
