Instagram is still in a closed BETA with a few selected partners. We will make Instagram available once Instagram opens the API to more companies, or takes it out of private BETA. We will keep you posted on our progress!

This is one of the long-awaited features and it's finally here! We are proud to announce that respond.io supports Instagram as a messaging channel. With the emerging trends of social marketing, Instagram is definitely one of those markets that you cannot miss out on.
For now, Facebook only allows Instagram accounts with follower counts over 1K and under 100K to connect to the API. Don't worry, it will be open to all accounts by end of Q3. We just need to be patient and wait a bit longer!

We are working on the Instagram integration and will be available for IG accounts with more than 10,000 subscribers in the coming 2-3 weeks 🎉
The Instagram Integration prerequisite are as follows:
1) Eligible Instagram Business account
2) Admin Access to linked Facebook Page
3) Messaging permissions enabled
4) Instagram Business channel creation
