Notice the new “Segments” button in the Contacts Module? Segments allow you to group contacts based on contact fields, tags, or conditions. Then, you can use the Segments you’ve created as target audiences in your Broadcasts to reach out to a specific group of contacts easily and precisely.

In a channel, I have many contacts and some contacts I have added tag as a remark to not send messages to those contacts. So I need to have the option to ignore contacts with that tags when doing targeting for broadcast.

I've marked a bunch of people who don't want to receive broadcast messages. But there's no way to exclude them from broadcasts.
