Great news! With our brand new Workflows, you can assign Contacts automatically based on custom fields or tags.
Just create branches and define the required conditions, e.g. when tag "VIP" is added assign to the Team lead.

Hey Emilio Campos, you can build this with an automaton rule (see image below). Or maybe you mean something else?

Gerardo Salandra: Isn't the same. For example let's assume the contact already has an ex tag. "Retail". When a user start a conversation the conversation is "unassigned" (If an operator mark a conversation as done the next conversation with the user is unassigned). I would like that this conversation is automatically assigned to an operator.
