Business Problem:
Manage contact negotiations through the WhatsApp channel after lead generated from external form and opt-in from an outbound call.
Pain Points:
Business is unfamiliar with our platform and requires guidance setting up automation/integrations.
Context:
- The business uses TypeForm for lead generation (considered as Opt In) and makes calls to leads on CloudTalk.
- After the call ends, the Contact information is created/updated on the platform and based on the outcome of the call a tag is also added to the Contact.
- Then, business wants to continue the conversation by following up via WhatsApp channel.
