Business Problem
Currently, the CTCA (Click-to-Chat Ads) Trigger supports only one Ad Account per workflow. This creates friction for businesses and agencies managing multiple Facebook Ad Accounts—whether under the same Business Manager or across different clients. When running parallel CTCA campaigns, users are forced to duplicate workflows for each account, leading to maintenance overhead and inconsistency.
Desired Outcome
Enable the selection of multiple Ad Accounts within a single CTCA Trigger so the same workflow can be triggered by CTCA events from any selected account.
