Workflow: Support Relative Time for Time Since Last Incoming Message Condition

The Time Since Last Incoming Message condition only supports absolute time. It will be good if relative time can be supported also.
This relative time check will be useful for:
- Closing the conversation of inactive contacts after a defined period of time (e.g. after 4 hours).
- Notifying contacts/ users that the messaging window is expiring soon before it is closed (e.g Facebook, Whatsapp).

We heard you loud and clear đ . In addition to absolute time, date operators also now support relative time. You can now create Workflows branch conditions such as âTime since last incoming message is greater than X seconds/minutes/hours/days agoâ and build a Workflow that automatically closes conversations after a certain amount of time, for instance.
This is applicable to all date-type custom fields. You could also apply these operators in other modules to filter how you view messages or Contacts.
