Workflow: Branch Condition based on Assignee Status

The conditional branch in Workflows only supports Contact Field, Contact Tag, variable and etc.
We are considering having the option to create conditional branch based on assignee status. This would be useful for the workflow to execute the next step once the condition is met (e.g. send away message if the assignee.status = offline)
Any suggestions or feedbacks are much appreciated.

It's here! Now you can create different actions for Contacts depending on the status of the agents they have been assigned to (Online, Busy or Offline). Talk about fine attention to detail for customer care.
