Workflow Analytics: Ability to analyze the performance of workflow
Jerry (CEO)
With the new workflow comes in place, adding the functionality for users to analyze and get insight on the performance of the workflow would be very helpful.
Ways of analyzing workflow:
- The workflow heatmap which consists of the error/success rate, abandonments rate, traffic of branching and etc
- The workflow log which consists of all the audit log to keep track of the contact activities within a particular workflow

Workflows: Contact Enrollment View for Debugging
D
Daryl Chua
Business Problem:
Currently, there is no way to see which contacts are enrolled in a specific workflow. When a workflow behaves unexpectedly, users have no starting point for debugging — they can't tell whether the right contacts triggered it, how many are currently inside it, or who passed through it historically. This makes it difficult to validate workflow logic and resolve issues efficiently.
Desired Outcome:
A view within the Workflows module that shows which contacts are enrolled (or have been enrolled) in a given workflow, so that users can quickly identify and debug unexpected behavior without having to manually trace individual contacts.
Current Workaround:
Manually checking individual contacts' activity logs to trace whether they entered a particular workflow — time-consuming and not scalable.

Hey Daryl Chua,
To clarify your question a little more: are you looking to see a list of contacts inside a specific workflow, or see which workflows a specific contact is enrolled in, or both?
Could you also give an example of what you'd like to solve with this request?
This would help us understand and help you better!

Hi Alyaa See,
I want to see which contacts have enrolled in a specific workflow. Like a workflow enrolment history, and the outcome of the enrolment.

Hi Daryl Chua, thanks for explaining!
It'd also be helpful to learn a bit more about how this affects your team in practice. Could you share why this visibility is important for your business, and what kinds of problems you’d hope to solve by being able to see which contacts enrolled in a workflow and their outcomes?
This would help us better evaluate the request and understand the impact more clearly.

Hi Alyaa See,
This is important for us to track:
- Any contacts that entered
- Find out any users who did not enter and why
- Contacts that entered and went into which flow and why
It helps greatly for debugging and better identifying issues.
