Voice AI Agent: Support native/regional accent options

Business Problem
The current Voice AI Agent does not support several native dialects and regional accents.
For businesses operating in specific markets, using a non-native or mismatched accent (e.g. Latin American Spanish instead of Castilian Spanish, or non-native Portuguese instead of Brazilian Portuguese) can negatively impact:
- Customer trust
- Perceived professionalism
- Cultural accuracy
- Overall call experience
In some cases, existing voices may sound unnatural or incorrectly accented for the target region
Desired Outcome
Provide native dialect / regional accent options within Voice AI Agent to better support localised customer experiences.
Examples of accents not currently available:
- Spanish (Spain - Castilian)
- Portuguese (Brazil - native Brazilian accent)
This would allow businesses to select a voice that accurately reflects their target market’s pronunciation, tone, and cultural expectations

Business Problem
For businesses operating in Brazil, having a natural and culturally accurate Portuguese voice is critical for customer experience. Currently, the available voice options do not include a native Brazilian Portuguese voice, resulting in speech that sounds more like Spanish-accented Portuguese.
This creates a noticeable and unprofessional experience for Brazilian customers.
Current Limitation
There is no native Portuguese (Brazil) voice option available in the AI agent voice settings. Existing voices do not accurately reflect Brazilian pronunciation and tone.

Hi Luis Araujo - thank you for your request. Currently, our AI agents' voice capabilities do support Portuguese, although the default language is English. Read more here.

Nabilah Binti Salleh the problem is that we can't find native Portuguese in the voice options, so it sounds like a Hispanic trying to speak Portuguese. That is a problem for Brazil.
