There are several use cases where it would apply
- Customer service - to be able to prioritize the conversations that advisors attend to quickly
- Sales - being able to create progress labels in the sales stages (somewhere I saw that they were considering creating a mini CRM) and to track the status of each one more easily
- We have a hospital use case where I can follow the care process in different departments in a visual way.
