- To increase the current limit on 200 characters per notes field.
- To increase the physical size of the notes field to view notes without having to scroll horizontally (have a couple of lines visible, rather than just one).
- To have an "edit/pencil" button so that only if notes aim to be edited that function can be enabled, rather than immediately going into edit mode when just aiming to view the notes.

Those requests are indeed similar - what would be the next step from here in terms of them becoming a reality?
I have spoken to my team, and we are not going to push the last request as we don't see it as a vital function at this point. The first two are far more of value to take forward.
