WhatsApp: Support Group Chats

The official WhatsApp API currently doesn't support Group Chats.
Other platforms supporting WhatsApp Groups use unofficial APIs that often break. We will consider building this feature once it is released officially for WhatsApp API.

Currently, there's a limitation on platforms' side (not on ours) which prevents us from building a group chat feature for those specific channels. But once their API is available, we'll look into planning for these features soon.

message from Laos, i want to have this feature ASAP, pleople here in Laos use WA a lot. for 1 job client want to add their team to follow the work, since respond.io doesn't support this feature and it leads to the limitation of client approach.
