Sort by assigned time can be really helpful for an agent. Please see attached pictures for details. Whoever have receives big volumes of messages like us everyday will be grateful for ever for this feature for sure.

Yeah this is real, its good to sort the messages from the first message not to new, for any chat message the order change. I need order from.the frist message sending or for a time assigned
