As part of this awesome release, we have also included the conversation link for you to navigate to the conversation at Facebook.

You just need to navigate to a contact that is connected to Facebook. Select the Channels tab and find the Facebook channel. From there, you can click on the link to redirect to the Facebook conversation link.

This feature has been added to our development roadmap, it will take a couple of weeks until we get to this feature.

Hello Hasnat Jamil, we evaluated this feature a couple of months ago, and the Facebook API was not able to give us a link the profile of the contact, that is why we didn't implement it.

I was surprise to hear that Agorapulse offers that feature, as it's not part of the official Facebook API. I have assigned a member of our team to do some research on their implementation and get back to us.

Gerardo Salandra: Dear friend, just create a demo account at their so you know what i'm talking about. :) I didn't subscribe there because their chatting system is not as good as you. And also not real time.

Hasnat Jamil: we checked yesterday, they indeed have that feature. We will have to reverse engineer how they get that link. In theory there is no official method for getting the ID in the URL. We will keep you posted!
