This is critical nowadays
We are searching almost most of these kind of systems last 3 weeks
cos we just need this as urgent
texting is not as good as voice notes in any way
crisp has this feature in a very good way
which can play well in Whatsapp/Telegram/Messenger/Web chat
yes their webchat is also supporting playing the voice notes, which is magnificant
u have a good functional system
but needs little imprtovment in UI, and recording
And Email support, this is critical
Also notifications is little slow, needs to be immediate
We can not depend on ur system without recording voice notes and email support
Just do this, let us join
