Ability to integrate with a software that allows users to generate OTPs to send to their customers via their chosen messaging channels.
Workaround:
  • Build an integration between an OTP generator and our Developer API 2.0 (Business Plan and above).
  • Use the 'Send a Message' endpoint to deliver the OTP message to a contact created in a workspace.
  • Note: The OTP generation needs to be built and done on a different app.
