Restrict the app usage

I've noticed that some of our team members prefer using the app because it's more convenient. However, since the respond.io platform doesn't have a feature to filter out prospects that haven't been responded to yet, this creates confusion—especially due to the high volume of messages we receive. As a result, some prospects go unanswered.
Desired Outcome:
To address this issue, I'd like to restrict app usage, encouraging the team to work primarily from their computers during working hours. This would help ensure a more organized and efficient response process, as they'll have better visibility and control over the messages that need attention.
