When users provide a website for Respond AI Knowledge Source, we will extract the information for the usage of AI Assist (to generate response).
Over time, these websites may update their content, structure, or other elements. Currently, our platform doesn't have the capability to automatically detect and refresh the content based on these updates.
This may lead to outdated information being used, which could degrade the quality of the contact's experience.
Desired outcome
:
Introduce a refresh capability for the Knowledge Source. This functionality will enable us to synchronize the latest content available on the website.
Workaround
:
Delete the previously provided website and add the website again as a knowledge source.
