The reporting module is very complete, but we think it could be even better with the ability to create customized reports. Every business requires knowing metrics based on its own parameters such as contact fields, use of Macs, labels, life cycles, segments, flows, Ai agents, Chatbots, Click to ads, connections, etc. If the information is on the platform, it would be ideal to be able to use it by creating our own filters to create personalized reports in addition to those already existing.

Reports I need would be around marketing conversion - eg. How many "hot leads" moved through to "Customer" status vs "Cold Lead" status. I need to measure conversion rates for sales.

Yihui Chan Everything: Mac usage, contacts with specific custom fields, contacts with certain tags, customers who have initiated a conversation via click-to-ad (by channel), the number of times a flow has been triggered and the contacts that triggered it, chatbot data (treated just like user data; think of the chatbot as another user), and contacts in a specific lifecycle stage. I know this can be viewed within individual folders, but it would be great to have the option to select any parameter using the same filter scheme available in the reports module, and so on.
If the info is on the platform, i should be able to retreive it by using filters on the reports module.
