I would like to receive a notification (email, push, etc.) when a contact that is assigned to me is un-snoozed. Right now they are quietly going back to the inbox, and are easy to be missed.

I think the snooze feature is quite pointless and useless without this.

It is almost 2 years since this request was made. Why is a crucial function still not implemented yet? There isn't even a workaround to this as snoozed chat status is not available to be selected as one of the steps or variables in workflow.

would be great if they could get a notification that contact been unsnoozed for any reason.

100% agree, to stay on top of contact follow-ups, it's important to set a 'reminder' notification or 'due date' for the assignee to take action on each contact.

Shi Hui: A "reminder" notification or "due date" for follow-up by the assignee in each contact so that the person assigned to the contact can set a notification reminder or due date to follow-up.
