Regarding the sound notification, it would be great to be able to get "play a sound when a contact is assigned to me" not only "Play sound when I receive a new message from contacts assigned to me"

The reasoning for this is that the assignment of an agent is the result of the questions previously answered.

Agents can be working on another tab and need to know when a contact has been assigned to them. Same behaviour as desktop notifications but with a sound as well
