Add a new trigger where the trigger will be activated when a Conversation is Closed.
Example: When a conversation is closed, add the Closing Notes Category and Summary to a Google Sheet.
This will allow User to log the Closing Notes Summary in User's Database

We are pleased to announce this new trigger is now available in our latest Zapier version. When this event is triggered, we will include all the conversation details such as Closing Notes Category, Summary, First Response Time, Conversation Opened and Closed Time and so on in the trigger data.
