Mobile: Visual indicator of open vs closed conversations

Business Problem
When using the “All” filter in the Inbox in the Mobile app, it is not possible to immediately distinguish whether a conversation is open or closed. To verify the status, users must switch between the “Open” and “Closed” filters.
This adds unnecessary steps and slows down navigation, especially for teams handling high volumes of conversations.
Current Limitation
In the “All” view (on mobile app), there is no visual indicator showing whether each conversation is open or closed.
Desired Outcome
Add a clear visual indicator—such as an icon, badge, or status label—next to each conversation in the “All” filter to display its current status (Open or Closed).

Hi Nuria Causadías - thank you for your request. This is already available, on web and we're working on the mobile fix. See attached:
- If conversation is closed, there will be a green tick on the conversation card.
- If conversation is open, there will be no green tick on the conversation card.
