Business Problem:
The mobile app auto-logs users out after 30 days with no warning — no pre-expiry alert, no logout notification, and no admin-side signal. Push notifications stop silently, and agents believe they're still connected. Incoming messages (including WhatsApp) go unseen until someone notices manually. This has caused recurring missed customer messages.
Desired Outcome:
  • Fire a push/local notification at the moment of logout: "You've been signed out — tap to log back in."
