Mobile App: Pin Shortcut button
N
Noel Medel
Business Problem
Currently, accessing the Shortcuts button in the mobile app requires users to first tap the three-dot menu in the upper right corner. This adds friction and slows down workflows, especially for users who rely on shortcuts frequently during high-volume conversations or time-sensitive interactions.
Desired Outcome
Enable users to anchor or pin the Shortcuts button so it appears directly on the main conversation interface, eliminating the need to open a dropdown menu.
Current Workaround
None available — users must manually access the button via the three-dot menu each time.

Business Problem:
Currently, users on the mobile app are no longer able to access the “Shortcuts” button directly from the quick-access area.
Desired Outcome:
Allow mobile app users to customize or pin frequently used actions, such as Shortcuts, Ongoing Workflows, or any preferred action, back to the quick-access menu for better usability and speed in handling conversations.

This functionality is fast and versatile for mobile care, you should keep both shortcuts or one instead of the other.
