Mobile App: Enabling Video Recording on Android Device

Business Problem:
The respond.io inbox mobile app on Android does not currently support video recording when accessing the camera. Currently, only iOS devices are able to record videos within the mobile app.
Desired Outcome:
Enable video recording on Android devices, similar to iOS devices.
Workaround:
Use your device’s camera to record a video, and then within the respond.io inbox mobile app, select the recorded video from your device’s gallery.

You can now record and share videos from your Android device. To start recording, tap Open Camera > Take Video.
