Mobile App: Copy only the URL from a message containing a hyperlink

Business Problem:
In the mobile app, when an agent copies a message that contains text and a hyperlink, the whole message is copied. To share only the link, agents have to paste it into the composer, delete the surrounding text, and then send. This is slow, and agents sometimes paste and send the full message by mistake, which sends the wrong content to the Contact.
Desired Outcome:
Let agents copy just the URL from a message:
- Long-pressing or tapping a hyperlink inside a message shows a Copy URL option that copies only that link
- If a message contains several links, each can be copied on its own

Hi Nurul Syahida- thank you for your request. To understand this better, do you mean that the message you copy has text + link, making the paste to have both the text + link?
And that your request is to only be able to copy the link?

Nabilah Binti Salleh yes. Being able to just copy any hyperlink only. Bcs right now when we try to copy the hyperlink, it will eventually copy all the texts
