As a user, I want to be able to use Messenger to broadcast sending updates, promotions, and announcements to customers so that I can send new product launch announcements with product images and promotion campaigns with visual banners. Today, templates support text but do not support media attachments.

Allow users to attach images or videos directly inside Messenger templates used for broadcast.
