Please, I need the option to mark unread. It makes our daily lives very difficult. Just by clicking on messages, a message from a customer is already opened.

Yes, I too would like to vote for a mark as unread feature. It would be so important, especially as it seems a supervisor opening a message makes it show as read to the team member in charge of it too. So really important to be able to mark it as unread.

My team really needs this feature, as they are working together while handling multiple clients at the same time, with supervisors monitoring. It is also very important to have the ability to delete accidentally sent messages

Absolutely! Sometimes my reservation team is too busy with urgent conversations. They like to quickly read the conversation and mark it as unread so they can review it later after dealing with the more urgent staff.
