A setting to change the background colour (or any sort of differentiation) for both the conversation and comment sections.

The purpose is to notify or highlight to the user on their current typing environment. This is to avoid sending the wrong messages (messages that are intended to be sent in comment) to customers.

This is important since we still can't delete the messages and undo the mistakes.
