Business Problem
The Messages Module currently displays audio transcriptions for interactions managed by the AI Agent. Extending this visibility to include messages not handled by the AI Agent would ensure a uniform experience across all conversation types, regardless of the routing path.
Desired Outcome
Standardize the Messages Module to ensure all audio messages display a transcription, regardless of whether they are handled by an AI Agent or a human.

Voice note: transcription

The new feature of AI Assist with voice notes is amazing.
It would be nice to have a feature that transcribes the voice notes without using AI Assist for a recommended reply.
Currently, we are using AI Assist on the voice note, then deleting the auto-reply, and we have to reload the page a few times before the transcription appears.
What I would like is just a button near each voice note, to have the AI listen and transcribe only.
