Use case: The agent is capable of providing support in multiple languages like Arabic and English during a shift. However, the preferred default language for the platform is English. However, the agent is able to type in Arabic directly in the message composer from right to left format.

Desired outcome: Auto-align Arabic and Hebrew from right to left in the message composer without changing the language (English, left to right) in the personal settings.

Current platform limitation: The right to left behaviour can only be determined by the language setting in the user's personal settings.
