Business problem:
• As a business user, I want to create and manage personas/different agent name for my business messaging experience, so that conversations can seamlessly transition with clear identification of the persona involved.
Desired outcome:
• Ability to create personas/multiple agent names
• Display persona profile picture in conversations
• Display persona name and business annotation above messages
Use Cases:
• Transition displaying of different human agents seamlessly
• Clearly identifying which persona is responding in a conversation to the Contact
The current workaround:
• Must append the agent name manually into the text message

The very reason why we use BSP is so that we have many agents. How do you have many agents when you cannot differentiate the agents?
Lucas Saldanha
This is very important for those companies that have many agents (like mine). You can opt in or out but having this feature is a must.

Is there any progress on this?
Amalia Putrieka
Hi Issac Rosenberger, thanks for checking in. We're actively working to improve our platform and will provide updates as soon as we make progress on this feature. Stay tuned!

The sender's ( agent's ) name can be displayed in the conversation, allowing the recipient to know who they are currently speaking with. This screenshot is from the user settings page of Sleekflow and the conversation box of the LINE channel:

Sleekflow has this feature that displays agent's names. We hope the response.io will catch up soon.
