Limit the hours of entry of an agent or several

The idea is to be able to limit the hours of use of the tool. So that they do not enter or respond at a time outside of what is allowed

This restriction method can help us to control on our agents daily activity as per their designated time slots and also can be use to restrict a user account for temporary basis.
