This includes:
  • Viewing how many contacts each agent moves into key stages (e.g. Hot Lead, Customer).
  • Comparing conversion rates between agents at each lifecycle stage.
  • Filtering or segmenting reports/logs by agent and lifecycle stage.
  • Identifying top- and bottom-performing agents for coaching, optimization, and process improvement.
