Lifecycle: Analyze Agent Performance by Lifecycle Stage Transitions
complete
Herver Jimenez
Business Problem
Businesses rely on multiple sales agents, and increasingly AI Agents, to move contacts through lifecycle stages (e.g. New Lead → Hot Lead → Customer). Today, Lifecycle Reports only show aggregate data such as funnels, conversion rates and drop-off. There is no record of individual stage changes, and no way to see who or what made each change.
Without this visibility:
- Business owners can't see which agents are moving contacts into key stages like Hot Lead or Customer.
- Managers can't tell whether a stage change was made by an agent, an AI Agent, a workflow or an integration.
- It's hard to spot top and bottom performers for coaching, because stage changes can't be filtered by agent.
- Transition data can't be exported for deeper analysis outside the platform.
Desired Outcome
Add a per-contact lifecycle transition history to Lifecycle Reports, so businesses can trace, filter and compare how contacts move between stages and who moved them.

At the moment, I need to be able to view in a single report:
How many leads each advisor receives
How many conversations each advisor handles
How many appointments each advisor schedules
How many closings each advisor generates
Weekly follow-up and progress
The complete journey from the moment the lead enters until the final closing
This would help us better evaluate each advisor’s performance and track the progress of the sales process more efficiently.
Thank you.

Business Problem
Businesses often have several sales people converting leads. Knowing which sales person has the best conversion rates allows business owners to learn the tactics of the best sales people. Knowing the sales person with the worst conversion metrics allows business owners to help those sales people to improve.
