Hi, i am not receiving any notifications on my mobile upon receiving a new message on the Respond chat app from customers. How can i solve this? I've tried everything in my android settings, but nothing seems to work. Thank you

We have great news, both the iOS & Android Apps are available to download 🎉

We have been testing these apps in alpha for a while and we are now quite happy with the performance and usability, HOWEVER, there might still be small issues here and then.

We just submitted the application for both the Android and iOS store, both app will be available to all our users as soon as Google/Apple approves them (usually takes 10-14 days). We will be posting any updates in this thread :)

We haven't posted the announcement here because they require one more fix (for notifications to work correctly). We will make it official in this thread tomorrow when the fix has been deployed. Thanks for the patience :)

also, if the mobile apps will be available for resellers, so the mobile app name and look and feel will be whitelabeled
