Introduce System Variables (e.g. $current.date)

Similar to the existing dynamic variables based on Contact Fields (e.g. @contact.name), adding system variables based on non-contact data would be very helpful especially in combination with the new Workflows and the "HTTP Request" step.
New system variable:
- $system.current_datetime
- $system.current_date
- $system.current_time
We welcome any constructive feedback or suggestions on the system variable.

Good news! We have added the three system variables above! You can apply these the same way as all other variables.
Add any of these as a Column Mapping value in the Add Google Sheet Row step in Workflows. It would serve as a timestamp when new Google Sheet Rows are added so you’re always on top of what happened and when.

I'd like to have a trigger on contact assignment says says : "Mohammed has assigned this chat to John"
I have $assignee.name for the "John" part, but I need a "$currentuser.name" variable to put "mohammed" into that sentence.

Hey John Buckman, this is a very edge scenario, I will merge this with out other post for "system variables". We will consider it then.

Gerardo Salandra: No problem, my scenario is unusual, I know. But I can think of some other situations where "current logged in respond user" would be useful to have as a $variable. But anyway, this idea here is not a high priority for me. But I like put ideas in to your very-helpful feature request system.
