Currently, Respond.io supports integration with OpenAI through the standard API. However, some organizations—especially enterprises—prefer or are required to use Azure OpenAI for compliance, security, data residency, or billing reasons. The lack of native Azure OpenAI support limits flexibility for these customers and prevents them from leveraging AI capabilities within Respond.io under their existing Azure environment.
