Inbox: Reaction to Comments

Business problem:
At times, it is unnecessary to leave an additional comment in response to our own users at work, such as "ok" or "yes. So, it would be good to express a reaction to our team's comments.
If we refrain from commenting after their remarks, it may appear as though we have overlooked their input. However, no further commentary is needed—just a straightforward reaction indicating, "great, move forward," which could be represented by a 😉, for example.
It is essential to inform our team who made the comment about our reaction; an additional feature could be to "notify my colleague about my reaction."
Desired outcome:
(Example)
- Comment: 'Thanks, I'll be checking that for you.'
- Reaction: (Thumbs up emoji)
