Inbox: Display “Ads” label for Click-to-Chat Ad conversations

Business Problem
Teams running Meta and WhatsApp Click-to-Chat Ads need a quick and reliable way to identify which inbound conversations originate from paid advertising. Today, agents must open individual conversations or rely on tags and workflows to determine the source, which slows down triage and lead prioritization.
Desired Outcome
Surface the ad origin of conversations directly in the Conversation List by:
- Displaying a small, visible label or badge (e.g. “Ads”) next to the contact name or beneath the message preview
- Automatically applying the label when a conversation is initiated via a Meta Click-to-Chat Ad
- Allowing conversations with this label to be filtered or sorted in the Inbox
Impact
- Faster lead prioritization: Agents can immediately identify and respond to paid ad leads
- Improved visibility: Removes the need to open conversations or depend solely on tags and workflows
