Inbox: Allow Workspace Owners to Delete Custom Inboxes Created by Other Users

Problem Statement:
Currently, only the user who originally created a custom inbox can delete or modify it. Even workspace owners cannot delete inboxes created by other users, which can cause difficulties in managing inactive or orphaned inboxes
Desired Outcome:
Allow workspace owners to delete or manage any custom inbox within the workspace, regardless of who created it.

It keeps showing error when we accidentally click on the custom inbox created by the user who has been revoked access to the platform.
