Business Problem:
Currently, contact updates made in HubSpot are not reflected automatically in respond.io. This leads to data inconsistencies, outdated contact attributes, and operational inefficiencies when agents rely on inaccurate CRM information. Since HubSpot is typically the source of truth for sales data, the lack of downstream sync creates misalignment between sales and conversational teams.
Desired Outcome:
Enable one-way contact sync from HubSpot to respond.io, where updates made in HubSpot automatically reflect in respond.io.
This should allow users to configure:
• Field mappings between HubSpot and respond.io
• Sync scope (create only | update only | create & update)
Current Workaround:
At present, users must:
  • Manually update contact details in both respond.io and HubSpot.
  • Use third-party automation tools like Zapier or Make.com to sync
