I would like to triger an automation rule only if another rule didn't triger. Use case: I have a survey sent the first time a user comes (welcome event) but for the next time how can I trigger a different survey? (if I did setup the first one to happen only once per user)

Automation: Assigning to Team instead of Single User

Hi,
Several of the potential user need to assign to only respected team member (not particularly to one-user). So later on, the team member can assign to themself or supervisor assign to the team member.
Maybe you can add this as Automation trigger when new conversation open with tag or related custom fields assigned to the team.
I guest this is simple function that means a lot to user experience.

Hola Eder Reátegui: en la primera versión de workflows, nos vamos a enfocar en automatizaciones de procesos (como asignación automatically a equipos). Nuestra intención no es remplazar Dialogflow, sino que complementarlo con funciones que no tienen (manejo de contactos y agentes).
Quizá en el futuro construyamos on bot builder :)

System Admin: Si se va a poder, pero indirectamente. Dialogflow va a añadir un Tag y ese Tag va a detonar el Workflow que asigna a un equipo aleatoriamente.
