Enable Webhook Support for Broadcast Message Reporting

Business Problem:
Currently, respond.io Webhooks do not provide reporting for broadcast messages. Users can only retrieve data for workflows and direct messages, making it impossible to automate broadcast tracking. This limitation impacts businesses that rely on engagement data for analytics, customer insights, and behavior modeling. Extracting reports manually from the Reports module is inefficient, especially with the row limit on CSV exports.
Desired Outcome:
Users should be able to receive broadcast message data via Webhooks, just like workflow and direct messages. This would allow businesses to automate data collection, integrate it with their internal reporting systems, and eliminate manual work. Having real-time broadcast reporting ensures accurate engagement tracking and better decision-making.
